Return and Exchange Policy at Al-Raed Al-Dhahabi Store: *The customer has the right to return any product purchased, provided it is in its original condition, with the original invoice, within a maximum of 3 days from the purchase date and 5 days from the shipping date for external shipments, provided the purchased item is in its original condition and free of scratches or cracks.* *The exchange period is within 7 days, with the provisions in item number one applied.* *Return requests for any used, installed, or disassembled item will not be accepted.* *If the return or exchange requires shipping the product, it is at the customer's expense (except if the error is from the store, then the customer will not be charged any amounts).* *Any refunds will be processed within five working days for Mada purchases and 7-14 working days for Visa and MasterCard purchases at most, after receiving the returned item. If the product is returned for no reason, 5% of the product value (fees and taxes paid to electronic payment companies) will be deducted, and the amount will be refunded to the same account used by the customer.* *If the customer requests to cancel the order before shipping, any fees and taxes paid to electronic payment companies, amounting to 5% of the total product, will be deducted, and the remaining will be refunded to the customer within 5 working days.* *The minimum shipping cost for the returned parcel is 50 SAR, and it increases depending on the parcel size, in addition to the customer bearing any fees paid by the store to electronic payment companies.* *In case the customer benefits from free shipping and wishes to return, the shipping fee benefited from plus the return shipping cost will be charged.* *The store is not responsible for any issues caused by shipping companies after the shipment is delivered intact by the courier and with the approval of the order owner.*
